Faire → Cin7 Order Sync

Every Faire order
lands in Cin7.
Automatically.

Orders copy themselves into Cin7 — customer, line items, commission, fees, taxes, exchange rate — and reconcile to the penny. No re-keying. No missed orders. No "which number is right?"

20 minutes. Bring your order count — leave knowing what it saves.

The problem

Your wholesale is growing. Your team's maxing out.

Every Faire order gets re-typed into Cin7 by hand. But the costlier problem is quieter: the numbers rarely agree across Faire, Cin7, and QuickBooks. When your systems disagree, your margins are a guess and your books can't be trusted — and most teams don't realize how much that's costing them until it's fixed.

~35 min

per order, gone. About 20 minutes of ops time entering it, and 15 of finance time reconciling commission, fees, and taxes.

3 numbers

that never match. Faire says one thing, Cin7 another, the books a third. Someone burns an afternoon finding out why.

1 person

it all depends on. When they're away for two weeks, orders pile up, buyers complain, and reviews suffer.

"Faire showing me one number, Cin7 showing me one number, and Shopify showing me one number. What is the source of truth?"
Sarah Spear, Founder, Guests on Earth — before install
How it works

Order placed. Order synced. That's the job.

New orders are pulled in

On a set schedule — daily by default, or a few times a day if your volume calls for it. New buyer? It creates the customer record. Returning buyer? It matches them.

The fine print is handled

Faire's commission, processing fees, taxes by province, currency conversion — itemized to the right accounts, automatically.

Everything agrees

When the warehouse packs it, Faire is told. Tracking flows back. Faire, Cin7, and your books show the same number.

Your numbers

What is your Faire flow costing you?

Four inputs. Every assumption visible. Slide to your reality.

Count last month's orders in your Faire dashboard.
The person doing the entry and the reconciling — ops, finance, or you.
Payroll taxes, paid time off, and benefits. Most North American employers land around 15–25%.
Ops time entering it, plus finance time reconciling fees, commission, and taxes. Already on a connector that does the keying? Slide it down.

If you use Faire's Shopify connector

It saves a few minutes — and quietly breaks your COGS.

The connector gets orders into Cin7, but they land like retail Shopify sales — so the wholesale cost basis never posts the way your books expect. That's the cost the timer above can't show:

  • Your margins become a guess. COGS posts wrong, or not at all, so every gross-margin report overstates profit — and you can't tell which wholesale accounts actually make money.
  • Inventory value drifts. Recorded cost stops matching what actually left the shelf, so stock valuation and reorder points slowly stop reflecting reality.
  • Every close needs a manual cleanup. Finance re-costs and reclassifies by hand at month-end — an afternoon the per-order timer never counts.

Pare maps each Faire order in with the right cost, accounts, and fees — so COGS is correct the moment it lands, not reconstructed at month-end.

Estimates, not promises: per-order minutes were measured at live installs; your discovery call refines them for your flow. Employers in North America typically spend an extra 15–25% on top of wages once you add payroll taxes, paid time off, and benefits — you set the number, we just do the math. The time math also leaves out what's harder to price: error cleanup, late shipments, and the afternoon lost to "why don't these match?"

"I run ops for several brands, and the same thing kept happening at every one of them: the numbers never matched between Faire, Cin7 and QuickBooks. Someone was always re-keying orders by hand, something was always off, and our bookkeeper was constantly making journal entries to fix it. Pare automated the whole thing. It saves everyone time now, and the numbers finally tie out on their own. I took this, and it was so good that I installed it across all of my companies."

"It's so beautiful to see when the numbers start matching. It's amazing!"

"Working with Pare has been amazing. Their Faire → Cin7 integration has saved us a lot of time and really simplified the wholesale side of our business and the reporting that follows. Pare has also been incredibly flexible in helping us develop new solutions to make wholesale reporting both tailored and easier."

The install

A product you install. Not a project you manage.

The build already exists — it's running at other brands right now. Installing it for you is configuration, not construction.

Day zero

You share access

Faire and Cin7 credentials, plus 20 minutes on how your wholesale flow works — warehouses, taxes, the quirks.

Days 1–3

We install & verify

The integration is configured to your accounts and tested against your real orders. The last install took 3 business days.

Every day after

It just runs

Scheduled syncs, monitored, with error alerts. Your subscription covers monitoring, fixes, and Faire/Cin7 API changes.

Fair questions

Before you book.

What do you need from us?
Faire and Cin7 access, and one short call about your flow. That's it — your team keeps working as usual while we install.
What does it cost?
A one-time install plus a monthly subscription, priced on the call once we know your volume. Use the calculator above — most installs cost well under a year of the time they give back.
What happens if an order fails to sync?
We're alerted before you notice. Monitoring and error alerts run on every sync, and fixes are covered by the subscription — that's what it's for.
Why not just use Faire's Shopify integration?
You can route Faire orders through Shopify, but wholesale booked as Shopify sales throws off your COGS, taxes, and reporting — so the numbers stop matching across your systems. PARE syncs Faire straight into Cin7 instead, keeping wholesale on its own clean books and your DTC pipeline untouched.
We're not on Cin7 / not on Faire. Can you still help?
This product is built for the Faire–Cin7 pair. If your stack is different, book the call anyway — chances are it rhymes with something we've already built.

You bring your order count.
We'll show you the savings.

Twenty minutes. We'll walk your wholesale flow, confirm what the sync saves you, and price the install on the spot.
